UTILITY INSTALLATION, SITE WORK, GRADING AND CONCRETE IN RESIDENTIAL HOME BUILD.
This new build homeowner in Elma has the home site 1,100 feet off the road. PEI was onsite to complete the utility installation from the road which included the installation of lighting every 100 feet along the driveway. Drainage was installed in addition to a significant amount of site grading. Next was the pouring of the concrete basement floor. On to more utility work at the house, additional concrete work and back-filling the site.
